The Herlíkovice Ski Resort is in the Krkonoše, 3 km from Vrchlabí.

Snowboarding: There is a snow park with its own lift in Herlíkovice. The price for the snow park is included in daily or evening ski-passes.

Cross-country skiing: From the top of Mount Žalý it is easy to access the cross-country skiing trails in Benecko or Kněžice (rolled daily).
