The route starts at the Turnov bus station. The first part of the path follows a branch of the Jizera river and it has a relatively good bitumen surface with no major differences in elevation.

You will need to cross a plank bridge over the  Jizera river in Dolánky and then you can continue on directly into the valley called Bartošova Pec. Passing through meadows and forest, you will get to the guest house of the same name. The route is not recommended for total beginners.
