This is an Art Nouveau style villa built in the late 19th century and set in the environment of Riedl's park, being thus the town's inimitable landmark. At present the building is used as the town's cultural centre. It houses the cultural and information centre as well as the library. This is a place of cultural and social events.

The information centre provides information about the surroundings, accommodation, cultural and sporting life.
