The distinct conic basalt hill of Zebín (399 m) rises up approximately 2 km south-west of Jičín.

The Baroque-style chapel of St. Mary Magdalene, built in 1700, stands at its peak. The chapel's location offers a panoramic view of Prachovské Rocks, Trosky, Kumburk, Loreta, Kozlov and many more sights. It gives an amazing view of the entire Jičín basin. We will also discover a 14th-century chapel with a wooden belfry at the foot of Zebín, where a perished village used to lie.

Acess: The peak is accessible on foot along marked hiking routes from several places in Jičín. When driving one can go only as far as the Zebín manor, about 1 km from the peak.

Location: approximately 2.5 km to the north-east of the centre of Jičín.
