The centre provides full range of information about the Krkonoše National Park and Krkonoše Mountains. The centre also houses an exposition about the Krkonoše Mountains - the history and present of the Krkonoše Mountains (the video presentation is free of charge).

The information centre sells hiking and cycling maps and guide books of the Krkonoše Mountains as well as permits for access of vehicles to the National Park. You will also obtain information about bus and train connections.

If you are interested, you can obtain recommendations for trips and other expositions and museum in the KRNAP. The touch screen will invite you for a virtual tour of the entire Krkonoše Mountains and their landscape.

It is also possible to reserve lectures (at the centre or directly in accommodation facilities) as well as guided tours of the region.
