Horní Řasnice is located around 15km north-east of Frýdlant. Horní Řasnice and Srbská, a village attached to Horní Řasnice, are typical irregular villages, winding along Řasnický potok and along the road to the Polish border.
The most interesting buildings of the village are the school, chapel and manor house No. 62. There is an iron cross on a stone pedestal at house No. 79. The cross is a protected monument. There is a natural monument close to the village as well - Bílá skála. A border crossing in Srbská was opened for pedestrians, cyclists and small motorcycles in 1995.
