The most interesting cultural monument in Dětřichov is timbered farmhouse No. 67, situated on the road to Frýdlant. Below the local cemetery, you will find the remains of a narrow-gauge railway, so-called Heřmanička. The railway connected Dětřichov with Frýdlantem and Kunratice.

Thanks to its location, Dětřichov is an ideal starting point for trips to the western part of Jizerské hory and all of Frýdlantský výběžek. There are numerous houses of rural architecture and other historial monuments in the village. Jizerské hory is a good destination for cycle touring and hiking, both in summer and winter.
