The information centre provides comprehensive information about historical and cultural heritage in Sobotka and its surroundings as well as sights of Bohemian Paradise. It also collects information about accommodation capacities in the area - guest houses, hotels, private accommodation, cottages and others. It also provides information about bus and train connections.

The information centre also provides information about leisure activities (swimming pools, horseback riding, tennis courts, cycling paths, bicycle rentals, observation flights) and cultural, social and sporting events in the region of Sobotka and Jičín. You can also buy or book tickets to these events.

The information centre sells town promotional materials, postcards, maps, guide books, small souvenirs, tourist stamps and badges. It also offers public internet access.

Last but not least, it also provides for guided tours of Fráňa Šrámek museum.
