The information centre offers information about Semily as well as the entire Bohemian Paradise, Pojizeří, Krkonoše Mountains and Jizera Mountains. It provides information about local sights, tips for trips, accommodation, dining and other services, information about train and bus connections as well as cultural and sporting events. It sells tickets to selected cultural events in Semily and its immediate surroundings.

The information centre also offers free information leaflets about the region and sells a wide selection of postcards, hiking and cycling maps as well as souvenirs. You an also buy small souvenirs such as badges, pendants, T-shirts and books including regional literature.

The information centre has wheelchair access.
