The information centre sells hiking maps of Bohemian Paradise, postcards, tourist stamps, Trosky memorial medals and Benefit discount cards. It also sells information leaflets as well as other tourist materials and small souvenirs - stones, bracelets, tags and others.

The information centre provides information about cultural, social and sporting events in Rovensko and its surroundings; it provides information about accommodation as well as about train and bus connections and information about the natural and cultural heritage of the Bohemian Paradise.

The information centre is an exchange office for the programme called Following the Legends of Bohemian Paradise and sells Travel Books for this quest.

Other services include copying, public internet access, refreshments, toilet and showers with wheelchair access.

In the summer, it is possible to spend a pleasant time at the tables outside the centre.
