The information centre offers tourism-related information about Vrchlabí, its immediate surroundings as well as the entire region of the Krkonoše Mountains, Podkrkonoší, Bohemian Paradise, Jizera Mountains and Kladsko border region.

You can also obtain information about the accommodation and dining options in Vrchlabí and the surrounding region or information about public transport services. The centre provides tips for treks and cycling trips, information materials, texts and brochures.

You can buy hiking and cycling maps, guide books, postcards, souvenirs and books including regional literature. The centre also provides for advance sale of tickets to cultural and other social events.

The centre offers public internet access and an exchange office.
