The information centre provides information about the town of Liberec and the entire region, its natural, historical and cultural sights, cultural and sporting events as well as public transport timetables.

The centre sells Ticketpro and Ticketportal tickets, tickets to Liberec cultural centres (F.X.Š. Theatre, Small Theatre, Public parks + Experimental studio), maps of the towns of Liberec and Jablonec n.N, hiking maps, cycling maps and winter maps of the Jizera Mountains, Lužické Mountains, Krkonoše Mountains and Bohemian Paradise. You can also buy publications about Liberec, its history and cultural heritage and sights, souvenirs with a logo of the town, CDs and postcards with regional topics.

The information centre also mediates accommodation of all price levels and provides guided tours of the town and its surroundings.
