The tall building provides accommodation in refurbished twin and double rooms and suites of rooms, all of them with balconies.

Rooms on the second floor are barrier-free. Nový Dům Hotel houses the central reception responsible for arranging accommodation for all spa guests. There is also the Guest Service department to provide various kinds of information – arrange trips or order tickets for you. The view terrace in the uppermost hotel floor gives a view of the highest peak of the Jizera Mountains called Smrk. Guests can use the local Wi-Fi network (accessible in the 2nd– 8th-floor rooms) to connect to the Internet. Parking is available in front of the hotel upon early reservation against a fee.
