Rooms situated on the first floor have terraces. All rooms have been refurbished and modernised. A billiard table is situated on the ground floor (cues and balls can be borrowed from the Nový Dům reception). There is also an assembly room available for rent upon prior arrangement. The hotel has a bicycle and ski storeroom and car park free for hotel guests.
