Pěnčín information centre is situated in the south-east part of Pěnčín Pleasure Grounds, right of the main entrance. The building also houses an outlet for products by Fipobex spol. s r.o.
The information centre offers promotional and information materials about the individual ring routes of the pleasure grounds, materials about the interests of the nearest surroundings, postcards, maps, guide books and publications about the region and its glassworks tradition, and tourist stamps.
This outlet sells glass pearls, necklaces, bracelets, rings, ear-rings and decorative glass objects.
