The first exposition of agricultural machinery and depiction of the former life in Podkrkonoší was opened in an original timbered barn on 12th December 1999. The new part located in the extension started its operation on 25th July 2004.

The Museum has three sections:
1. Agricultural machinery
2. Flax processing, bead production, shoemaking
3. Samples of lamp beads, handicrafts, period bedroom, children's corner, pub, joiner's shop, carpenter's shop

Please, be advised to arrange any visit in advance by telephone. A visit may be combined with a tour of the production of Christmas tree decorations and jewellery in the Rautis company.
